As 2025 winds down, we want to thank all of you who made the trip—near or far—to visit our sugarhouse this year. Your support keeps the fires warm and the sap flowing.

We’ll be closing for the month of January to rest up and get ready for a fresh 2026 sugaring season.

Welcome to our new website! Same Rathbun’s Maple you know & love, with a new online store!

The Rathbun family has been sweetening life with maple syrup for over eight generations (that’s a lot of pancakes). What started as a family treat turned into a full-on tradition in 1961, when Bill and Nancy Rathbun—along with Bill’s dad, Art—decided it was time to share the goodness with the world. They opened the sugarhouse to the public, and the rest is sticky, delicious history.

Today, people travel from near and far to cozy up in our rustic sugarhouse and dig into our now-famous breakfasts. Come hungry, leave sticky… that’s the Rathbun way. 🥞🍁
